HIMI 2025 TRAINING: Developing Skills to Manage Change and Innovation in Organizations

In order to improve the capacity and competence of its members, the Himpunan Mahasiswa Informatika (HIMI) held the DIKLAT HIMI 2025 with the theme “Developing Skills to Manage Change and Innovation in Organizations”. This activity is a strategic space to equip participants with relevant insights and skills in facing the challenges and dynamics of modern organizations.

This year’s DIKLAT presents a number of competent speakers from various fields. The first material was presented by M. Pasha Nur Fauzan dan Fajar Shobbaus Sururi, who raised the topic of leadership as an important foundation in managing change. Both discussed how a leader must be adaptive, visionary, and able to build a solid team in the midst of organizational transformation.

 Furthermore, participants were equipped with practical skills in Social Media Management and Graphic Design by Aprilia Wijaya Kusuma. This material aims to improve digital communication skills and visualization of organizational messages through effective and attractive social media platforms.

In closing, Chandra JJ presented UI/UX material discussing the importance of interface design and user experience in digital product development. Participants are invited to understand the basic principles of UI/UX and best practices in creating user-friendly and innovative digital solutions.

DIKLAT HIMI 2025 is not only a place for learning, but also a space for collaboration and strengthening networks between members. It is hoped that all participants will be able to become agents of change who are ready to bring innovation and positive impacts to the organization and its surroundings.
