DAY 2 HIMI TRAINING 2025: Building Leadership and Social Media Management Strategy

The first session was opened by Chandra JJ with material on UI/UX (User Interface & User Experience). In his presentation, Chandra explained the importance of designing an affordable, functional, and aesthetic user interface and experience in a digital product. Participants were introduced to the basic principles of UI/UX, the design process, and tools commonly used in the industry. Not only theory, participants were also invited to discuss and conduct simple analyses of the interface design of several popular applications.

Through this material, participants were invited to understand that design is not just about appearance, but also how a product can be used comfortably and efficiently by its users.

The second session was continued by Aprilia Wijaya Kusuma with material on Graphic Design. Armed with experience in the creative field, Aprilia shared various basic techniques in creating communicative and attractive visual designs. Participants introduced important elements in design such as composition, color, typography, and visual branding. Not to be missed, Aprilia also provides direct practice and tips on using graphic design tools that are easily accessible to beginners.

This graphic design material is very relevant for HIMI members, especially in supporting activity promotions, social media content creation, and other visual needs of the organization.

The second day of DIKLAT HIMI 2025 closed with an interactive quiz session and displayed the results of the participants’ design work. The enthusiasm and creativity displayed are proof that the spirit of innovation continues to grow among students.
