Unsurya Holds Management Review Meetings to Support Evaluation, Innovation, and Quality Improvement Strategies

Through the implementation, execution, evaluation, control, and improvement (PPEPP), the Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M) shows its commitment to continuous quality improvement by implementing the Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI). The Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity was continued with the Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen (RTM) at the Superpuma Hall, Campus C Unsurya on 20 February 2025. The strategic agenda of this RTM university is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the management system to find areas that need to be improved and formulate relevant improvement steps for further development.

The RTM was led directly by the rector and attended by Unsurya leaders, deans, heads of study programs, and other related staff. The results of the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev), achievement Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU), and Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) were the topics of discussion. This RTM shows LP3M Unsurya’s commitment to maintaining and improving in a sustainable manner.

In the series of RTM events, the Head of LP3M spoke about the objectives, benefits, and role of RTM in developing higher education. He also explained the RTM procedure, which includes opening, delivery of Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) results, identification of problems and challenges, discussion of strategic solution, and preparation of a follow-up plan (action plan). Then continued by the LP3M Secretary who presented the results of Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev).
