On 22 March 2024, the Informatics Student Association (HIMI) held a special event titled “Bukber Ramdigtika” as part of a series of activities to welcome the holy month of Ramadhan. Held virtually, the event featured a veriety of engaging activities that combined the spirit of breaking fast together with the atmosphere of digital technology.
One of the main highlights of “Bukber Ramdigtika” was the digital innovation seminar, which played a significant role in the event’s agenda. Participants were invited to explore the lates developments in the digital technology world and their potential applications in various areas of life. This seminar served as an inspiring platform for informatics students to share knowledge and fresh insights.
In addition, the event was enlivened by a captivating hadroh rebana performance and a spiritual lecture (tausiyah) delivered by a prominent Islamic scholar. The traditional hadroh music added a solemn spiritual tone to the event, while the tausiyah brought deep reflections and meaningful lessons for the participants.
The highlight of “Bukber Ramdigtika” was the communal iftar (breaking the fast) session. Through an online platform, participants shared the joy of breaking fast together while enjoying their meals in unison. A sense of warmth and togetherness filled the virtual space, as the strong spirit of unity fostered by HIMI transcended physical distance.
“We are verry happy to host ‘Bukber Ramdigtika’, an event that lends the tradition of breaking fast together with advances in digital technology. We hope this event not only strengthens our bond as informatics students but also brings inspirationand blessings to all who took part”, said the HIMI Chairperson.
