Community Service PKM: HIMI Brings Joy and Souvenirs on the Final Day of the Event

On the final day of the Student Creativity Program (PKM) for Community Service, the Informatics Students Association (HIMI) created a lively and heartwarming moment at the Sapa Learning House Foundation in Cakung, East Jakarta. On Saturday, 10 February 2024, HIMI organized a series of social activities that brought joy and lasting memories to the children at the foundation.

The last day was filled with a range of games and activities specially designed to entertain the children. HIMI members conducted interactive Q&A sessions and quiz games featuring questions related to mathematics, English, and Arabic. Through these activities, the children were not only able to have fun but also enhance their understanding in various areas of knowledge. In addition, a variety of tasty and healthy snacks were provided for the children to enjoy.

“We wanted to ensure that the children felt happy and had a memorable experience during this event”, said one HIMI member.

At the end of the event, HIMI presented a token of appreciation to the Sapa Learning House Foundation as a sign of gratitude for their cooperation and support throught the program. The souvenirs included educational supplies such as learning books and snacks for the children, along with a certificate of appreciation to acknowledge the foundation’s active participation in the event.


The HIMI Chairperson stated, “We extend our sincere thanks to all HIMI members who contributed enthusiastically to this event, as well as to the Sapa Learning House Foundation for their strong collaboration. We hope this activity brings happiness and fosters a stronger bond in the future.

With a festive and warm closing, HIMI successfully completed their mission-bringing joy to the children and leaving behind a legacy of kindness that will be remembered by the foundation.
