Marsekal Suryadarma Aeronautics University (Unsurya) – Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Unsurya had the honor of receiving a visit from the principal, teachers, staff, and students of GUTAMA Aviation Vocational School (SMK Penerbangan GUTAMA). They were warmly welcomed by Unsurya’s Rector, Dr. Sungkono, S.E., M.Si, represented by Vice Rector 3, Mr. Supomo, M.Sc, along with other university officials.
The principal of SMK Penerbangan GUTAMA, Mr. Tedi Ahmad Solihin, S.Pd., expressed his appreciation for Unsurya’s outstanding hospitality and campus introduction activities. The students walked around the campus guided by Unsurya’s Menwa (Student Regiment) who were waiting at several points such as the Wind Tunnel room, Aerodynamics Lab, and Hangar, which houses two training aircraft used for student practice. This gave the GUTAMA Aviation students a clear picture and motivation to continue their studies at the university level. The students were very happy and enthusiastic about the visit.
The visit continued with a Q&A session with the students and concluded with the presentation of souvenirs from Unsurya to SMK Penerbangan GUTAMA.
In addition to the visit, Unsurya and SMK Penerbangan GUTAMA also established a cooperation agreement by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). It is hoped that this cooperation will be successfully implemented and mutually beneficial.
